District Office

⭐If you are currently in the Juda School District and your son/daughter has turned three years old, please notify the Juda School office at 608-934-5251 ext. 200 . The office will need the following information: child's name, birth date, parent's names, and current address.⭐

Please remember to keep the office informed throughout the year if you have any change of phone number (home, cell, or work) or address.
